Negotiation Observatory

Part campaign and part systems puzzle, Negotiation Observatory asks 1–5 players players to master Co-op priorities under feast-or-famine pressure. Its Co-op framework encourages risky pivots, especially once table politics reshape priorities. Round structure forces meaningful tradeoffs between tempo and efficiency; over 3 chapters, even small resource leaks become strategic liabilities. A standout mechanic tied to Dice means even safe plans can collapse if opponents read your tempo one round ahead. Few designs blend Co-op and Dice this smoothly while remaining approachable across varied player counts.
