Part campaign and part systems puzzle, Galactic Orbit asks 2–8 players players to master Party priorities under swingy pressure. Its Party framework encourages risky pivots, especially once table politics reshape priorities. Map states remain highly legible despite scale; by late game, up to 25 tiles and layered markers support deep positional planning. Negotiation matters more than it first appears; temporary coalitions routinely form, fracture, and reform inside a single chapter. Veteran groups report that Galactic Orbit shines brightest after a few sessions, once subtle timing windows and bluff cues become legible.
